Pull-ups, chin-ups, press, jump, Workout May 2019

Hello, and welcome to this workout routine.
In this video you see @andreastraining from www.workout-training.com perform a serious of exercises.

He start with a core workout on the pull-up bar, he is hanging from the pull up-bar and raise his knee's, and after this he takes it one step further, and raises his legs in a 90 degree position.

This is an advanced maneuver that requires you to have a good strength in order to hang from the pullup bar, and then be able to stabilize your core, and body, and at the same time move your leg up in a straight position.

The following maneuver is while he still is hanging on the pull up bar, now he does a combined leg raise with his feet above the pullup bar, this require a good amount of grip strength, and obvious a whole lot of core strength.

Then @andreastraining jumps down from the bar, and run straight over to the most heavy log, and start doing ten military press lift with the log.

After this it is time for a balance exercise, he start doing balance work on a unstable log, and the handle bar of the log, this is a great exercise to increase your balance. Like @andreastraining from workout training like to reminds us, you can never have to good of a balance.

After the balance workout, our instructor goes back to the pull up bar , and rock off a number of pullups, form is stable, no swinging or kipping.
He even pauses up on the top of the pullup movement to increase the difficult level a few notches.

Then he runs to the other side, and jumps up on the dip bar and performs 10 reps of 90 degree leg raise on the dip bar. This exercise requires a fair amount of arm strength, and wrist stability in order to hold your body on the dip bar, while you at the same time rock out 10 leg raise.

No time for rest for our instructor, he continue straight in to the next exercise maneuver, the classic chin up. @andreastraining jump up to the highest pull-up bar, and takes a underhand grip, and perfectly performs a number of chins, or chin ups.

And to finish up this routine, he performs a leg calves exercise by stepping, and jumping up and down on a set of logs.
