I hope you all have had a good start to the new year.
Do you have any specific training goals for this year?
I did a slow pace run yesterday the 1:st of January.
Today i have increased the pace, and have just finished a weight training session.
And i will finish off with a 5 kilometer run soon.
The 5 K run will take about 20 min, so it is a fairly good pace.
