Swimming is a awesome workout. Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.




A really awesome thing about swimming is that it exercises most of your body. 

And it is very smooth on your body, if you have pain from other forms of training, swimming is a really great complement to other forms of training exercises, especially if you are getting back from an injury.

High knee exercise


High knee exercise combine the running motion with exaggerated knee lifts.

It is a great workout for runners and other athletes to improve the running form as well as speed, power, and flexibility.


You can do high knees as a component of your warm-up or add them to your workout routine to really get your heart pumping.

Happy new year 2018

I hope you all have had a good start to the new year.

Do you have any specific training goals for this year?


I did a slow pace run yesterday the 1:st of January.


Today i have increased the pace, and have just finished a weight training session.


And i will finish off with a 5 kilometer run soon.

The 5 K run will take about 20 min, so it is a fairly good pace.
