Swimming is a awesome workout. Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.




A really awesome thing about swimming is that it exercises most of your body. 

And it is very smooth on your body, if you have pain from other forms of training, swimming is a really great complement to other forms of training exercises, especially if you are getting back from an injury.
